Special Dietary Needs:  The guide for our menu is dedicated to providing those with food allergies or special dietary needs a quick reference guide for their menu selection.  We hope that our patrons can choose their meals with ease and confidence knowing that Great Sage is looking out for your health and enjoyment.  Some of the dishes below may automatically come with a certain ingredient that one may have an allergy to, however most items can be altered to meet your needs. For instance, the Southwest Burger normally comes with a whole wheat bun, but gluten-free buns can be substituted  upon request.  Always be sure to notify your server if you have a specific dietary need.
